I have been fraudulantly charged 8 times 9.95 a month for a service never authorized to jcpenny and stonebridge. I want a full refund. Plano texas

On June 18 I placed an order on line with jcpenney.com using my check card. Starting on July 28 a company called Stonebridge started to bill my check card 9.95 a month for a service called "Family Fun Rewards. "I never requested, authorized, or desired this service and certainly never authorized my check card to be billed every month 9.95.

I do not even know what services they supply. I had to do a google search of Family Fun Rewards just to find out who and what they were, I hadn't a clue. I found many, many stuperfied people, like myself, being ripped off by these companies just like me. I called jcpenney and started a formal complaint. They gave me the phone number of Stonbridge.

I called Stonebridge and demanded that they stop their illegal billing of my check card and demanded a Full Refund. The person I spoke to stated he could only stop the billing of my card but that I had to call corporate to make a complaint and demand my refund. Then after that was discussed he actually tried to sell me life insurance. Before he could finish his sentence I said no and asked him if he was mentally competant.
