I have been a customer with att for over 20 years when they sold me the yellow page advertising for the year of 2011 nothing was mentioned that they no longer published residence in their book and it was only available if you called and requested.
I read about this happing in other states and sent my represenative David Studer an email asking if this was going to happen in Florida, i did not receive an answer until the book was published, this was a complete departure from prior years and nothing was mentioned in their sales approach of the change even though other states had already inacted the change.
