I ordered what we believed to be Ugg boots from Brandboots, the boots that were shown on-line had the Ugg logo, the boots delivered had no logo and just looked like boots from a discount store. Brandboots indicated that they would refund money minus shipping and handling and current exchange rate. I have contacted this company at least 10 times with no response which indicates to me that they do not intend to honor their contract. The boots they sell are not what their site advertises and I must assume they are not a valid sales representive of Ugg boots
