Service that sucks!

Delivered my Maui Jim shades set for fix, after informing the cust. Service woman the spectacles had percription lenses. 2 months and 13 dollars for delivery and also the spectacles appear, just like I'd delivered them (but coated with handprints) and nothing have been done. The closed not claims that they can not focus on the spectacles theymake when the manufacturer contacts aren't installed. Thanks for losing my cash and my time. Looks like Ray Ban can get all my potential company.
