Storage 1 chicago no words for this!

This place is the worst. I had a unit for almost 5 years taken from my credit card auto debit. They hire a new women who did not know the process and thought my card had been declined. They did not have correct contact info and they sold all my stuff out of my unit. A whole house worth of stuff. Baby clothing from my kids, basbeball cards I had been saving since I was a kid, sofa, and my grandfathers stuff that he left me when he passed away. When I found out about it and went to the unit they would not speak to me and asked me to leave and they would only speak to me with a lawyer. I asked for a contact phone number and they said they would not provide me with one unless I hire a lawyer. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE I will keep everyone updated on the events.
