False advertisement for my company with a fake invoice pilot ripoff mountain

I received a call last year 2006 telling me it was time to update my advertisement. I am the owner of the Company and not sure whom we are advertising with so the lady on the other end was asking me questions to make sure that the information was correct about our business and I mostly just answered (yes) a few weeks later I received an Invoice for $379.95 so, I wrote "CANCEL" on it and mailed back to them. A week or so later I received a call from a young lady claiming that they never received a cancellation from me and unless I could send them a copy I would in fact still owe them the $379.95 because the add has already been submitted for print. I told her that I would look for a copy and be in touch. I never received a copy of my advertisment. Today is January 17 and I received a call from Infocomusa a young lady by the name of: Casey Willard 336-368-2119 ext. 227 telling me that she cannot send me a copy of the CD that my advertisement is listed on but, that she promises that its there and that maybe "2006" was just a slow year and that's why I haven't received any business from this supposedly advertisement that my company is listed on.

I asked that she send me a faxed copy of my ad (she did) but its a fake it doesn't show any type of services that we perform nothing that a legitamate company would list. I want them to stop calling me and I don't know how I should handle this!
