On sep. 16 i was checking my bank acc and realized that the following company "direct funds me" went into my acc using informtion from about 18 months ago to withdraw $30.00 without my consent. I did not apply for a loan and did not want any loan!!! I called them on 09/17 i was told by a manager nicole that they would refund the money within 15 days??? I have since called 6 more times, but to no avail they keep telling me same lies "wait a few more days' today is 10/11 and i am still waiting for my refund!!! This company has ilegally taken $30.00 from my bank account and i'am sure iam not the only one. They should be thrown in prison thats what happens to criminals that steal??? Or commit fraud??? And they have done both...
