Who the hell are they?

Checking my bank account online, I noticed 49.90 check that was taken out out of checking account. Hold up, wait a minute, who the hell is direct benefits? Never have I heard of them, let alone signed up for anything. How are you going to take out my money without my permission? I called the number that was provided on that check and the dude was like you signed up for direct deposit when you appled for christian mutual loan, ya I tried to apply for a loan but not your "direct benefits" how did you get christian mutual out of "direct deposits?" REALLY??? He claimed that I will be receiving my refund on Jan. 10th, I hope to see that refund otherwise I will be calling the government on them for scam!!
