I booked the hotel through a hotel website. Upon checking out, the clerk told me that I owed a resort fee for booking through the internet. Then I noticed two pending transactions on my credit card which were unauthorized. I don't know what those credit card charges are for. I called the hotel to inquire but received no response. I contacted the hotel website, but it was not helpful either.
