Defective part: The grill tops on my gas stove have rubber pads on the bottom to protect the finish from damage. Unfortunitily the pads fall off all the time especially when washing the grills. The company rep. Offered to sell a package of 8 pads for 49.00 8.90 shipping. I've also been told they consider the pads cosmetic and are not covered under the expensive extended warrantee which I purchased when I bought the appliance's.
I think the company needs to adress the problem and fix this problem with no cost to the customer.
