Have had MagicJack for 3 years. The quality of the phone call varies from just O.K. To horrible. When you contact tech suport, which you can only do by computer chat, get ready to spend from 2 to 8 hours on the computer. And after going through a bunch of useless steps on your computer, your Magic Jack still sounds like shit. I was stupid enough to buy it for 5 years, because of the price break. What a waste of money and time. Too bad good idea that they want make work.
