Watch out! - Storage Quotes

To make a long story short, I contacted smart box storage to get a quote in May. I was quoted a price of $67.00 for pick up in and 1 month free storage. I asked the rep. Was this a regular price and was told no it was a summer quote. I asked if I needed an extra box how much extra would I have to pay? I was told just the $67.00 pick up fee and the $ 69.00 monthly fee, but I would still get the 1 month free.
I went into the hospital in June got out and had received an email with an attachment from smart box. I tried to open the attachment with no luck. I started calling, sending emails, and leaving messages with no response. I finally contacted 187smartbox and was told they would send a message for someone to contact me.

Smart box contacted me and I told the rep. What was going on. I was sent another email with a total of $412.00 that I owed for 2 box rentals for 4 months. When I explained what I was quoted I was told by the rep. I was wrong. I told the rep that was the special I was quoted and that is what I expected.
Upon trying to call her back I was told she went home. I stated I would like to get this matter resolved and asked who I was speaking to. The person replied she was the General Manager and she could do nothing for me. I asked for the owners name and was told no. I was not getting his name because he has nothing to do with billing.
I don't feel that this is right. If I were the owner of a business I would want to know if my employees are giving wrong information to my customers and if in fact they are stealing from my company! I hope to get this matter resolved with your help!!!
