Rip off - Customer Service & billing

Muy device failed, I suffered through 10 hrs of "tech support Chats' before someone finally agreed that problem was hardware (USB connector defective causing connection failures) Then they wanted to charge me $20 plus tax to replace the device. WHEN IT ONLY COSTS $19.95 for a new one.

They don't stand behind their products, they sell crap and then sell you another when that fails.

Don't buy their product. Not worth the money if you have any problems.
