Ordered the trial for $4.95. It arrived open and leaking, plus a poor photocopy of instructions were in box. Furious, and feeling this was not a reputable company, I called the 800 number, cancelled the trial, got an RMA number and shipped back the merchandise. This was in JULY! I have received NO CREDIT to date, and have been billed $79.95 (the original charge they place immediately upon ordering trial... Who authorized that?!?!) and two subsequent charges for $99.95 each in September and October. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!
I cancelled my debit card yesterday - bank fraud officer said that is the only way to stop them, so I did. Now I am working with my bank to recover the $279.
Scam operation... Do not order... They need to be arrested for credit card fraud!
