I ordered the "free trial" for $1 plus shipping. I received the conformation email and called the 877 number to cancel before i got it immediately after i placed the order. They charged my credit card for $127 because i cancelled before the trial date. I never received the product. I do not want it for $127! I could go to a store and spend less. The csr was rude and when she was going to transfer me to a lead rep she hung up! I am cancelling my credit card. This is fraud and i want my money back!
