This builder is extremely unproffesional, stay away from them. Make sure to document everything you have on hand. Do not use their lender or closing company. They only care to protect the builder not you and you are paying for a service to serve you and protect you but they are protecting the builder. They will see you a home and once it is all said and done, you become no body, they do not even know you. They are ruining their reputation over $2,100 over charge on settlement and do not have the level of professionalism to call you and try to resolve this. Be careful of the sales team, document everything that you can, you are going to need it.
