Since I was very good friends with Louann Gambardella, I had no problem loaning her $10,000 when she asked to borrow it. Being that we were such good friends, I didn't have her immediately sign a legal promissory note. It was only after I found out that she had stolen over $900,000 from her former employer (an attorney) (which is on the internet for all to read), that I requested she sign a promisorry note. After numerous requests she signed a little piece of paper and then I requested again and she signed another little piece of paper, none of which qualified as being a legal promissory note. After dozens of phone calls, and conversations with her, I demanded she repay the $10,000 and she has refused to do so. I am all alone and that money is all the money in the world that I have. I need that money and she stole it. Do not have anything to do with this woman. She is nothing more than an ordinary out and out thief.
