Management thousands of people are falling for this scam consumer fraud ripoff

If you are reading this because you want to check the company before getting involved you are lucky. My advise, do not do business with them. I you already bought their Shop2000 business you are in trouble. NADN sells this business which is accessible to handicap and hence allows those who buy part of this Internet Mall to take advantage of the Dissable Tax Credit offered by the government. This sounds great, and it begins great as in fact I did get a refund. Here is the trap however: When I bought the business for $ 1200 in cash I was told that I had to do nothing.

A company called Oryan Management would create the Web page and manage the site for me. When I received the contract it said that the real price was $ 10,000 so I had a promissory note for the difference. When I called they said that they had advertising banners that already has contracted with them which will pay for my contract within one year. So I agreed, I paid, and I did get a tax refund.

When they talked me into doing it again for this year, I gave them my money ($ 5,000 for this year for two contracts, one for me and one for my spouse) and then I started getting information on how to "GET THIS BUSINESS TO WORK".

Wait a minute! They told me I had to do nothing. ORYAN Management was supposed to manage my site and I did not have to do any advertising or promoting. WELL, GUESS WHAT, IF YOU HAVE A ZIP CODE AREA THAT WAS ASSIGNED TO YOU, THE ADVERTISING HAS PAID ZIPPO111 ZERO, NADA.
ORYAN Management has been very nasty with me because even though I sent them money for this year, I realized that they are not doing what was promissed and that if I don't promote the site myself, I will be liable to pay the promissory note. For this reason I have not signed this year's contract, but Oryan claims that it does not matter, since I signed it last year, it makes me liable for the promissory notes for this year in additon to the promissory note from last year. They said in 8 years I will have to pay them $ 22,000. How do you like that?

I just contacted the attorney general in my state because I believe that there are thousands of people across the country that are being taken by NADN and ORYAN.
ORYAN Management is obviously building a company that will look great on books. Imagine, millions of dollars in promissory notes coming due in 8 years. They get a good deal of money up front and the promissory notes are Assets on their books, against which they can borrow millions from any banking institution.

Didn't ENRON get in trouble for something like that? I don't know how we get people together for legal action. Perhaps this site can help up do that.
