Below is a letter I sent to Dan Carey over 2 weeks ago he replied back that he would look into this and I still have not gotten a response back.

On February 24 I signed a promissory note and paid $3950.00 down and have been paying $269.09 a month for the pass six months for a total of $5564.54. My sales rep Christen Swanson promised to provide my company with $96,000 in guaranteed janitorial (Contracts), marketing and training. After I signed up all they sent me were (Leads) 6 to be exact, of which I still had to pay a 20% finders fee (for which I understood to be included in the total amount of $7900.00) but this turned out to be a total separate fee. This was not explained until after I had sign the promissory note. I had to secure the contracts myself. I was also told that I could pick and choose what contracts I wanted but again after I sign up I had to take whatever they sent me and they said that if I didn't I would be in breach of the promissory note and they could sue me. This company totally misrepresented themselves and lied even though their web site and all of their verbiage is saying (Guaranteed Contracts) but all they are supplying is leads. I would like a complete and total refund of all monies paid to date!

Also what was not reveled before I sign the promissory note was that their was another 20% finders fee (as stated above) to be paid on top of the $7900.00 and I was under the impression that the 20% finders fee was for extra contracts. I paid $7900.00 for training, marketing & $96,000.00 in contracts plus 20% of the contracts I received.

People should know upfront what they are getting into before they sign a promissory note, If leads will be sent and not contracts then that should be said at the beginning of the conversation with your sales reps because I%u2019m sure I would not have paid $7900.00 for training, marketing & leads! I also inquired about how would finders fees work for the contracts and I was told by Christen that he was not sure but it would not be a problem and I could discuss this with my business consular again not good information given to your customer because this was a problem because the 1 and only contract I was sent was for 2 years with a 23% finders of $2318.40 to be paid in 3 or 6 months which I could not afford along with the $269.09 and paying my employee or with me even doing the account.

I also asked Christen if there was any other fees associated with the program and he yes but it was not much for a kit but I could discuss this with my business consular which turned out to be another $250.00. So if I had been given the whole and complete picture I would have never sign up with your company!!!

The bottom line is that (LEADS) was never discussed the verbiage was always (Contracts)!
