FORCED into FORECLOSURE by Habitat
Lies told now FORECLOSURE ENFORCED

Habitat, a "faith" based organization and I used that word "faith" VERY lightly when it comes to this organization. The Bible states FAITH as "the subtance of hoped for the evidence of things not seen."

With this group, "faith" is the ability of them being able to FALSIFY/DESTROY TRUE financial records to evidently get you into home and then threathen you with foreclosure.

Yes, the wonderful "faith" based group will LIE and DESTROY evidence to get what they want. I know this because I am experiencing this right now.

I was given a house, in which I asked for changes first and the asked to be re-assign to another house but was REFUSED! I was told that things would be resolved in this house on B St, however; it NEVER happened.

I signed a contract and I asked to get out of it and was REJECTED! I have someone who is willingly to take the house over if I will sign the deed over her and I will but Habitat will NOT LET ME OF THE CONTRACT, reguardless of the fact I already have someone NOW who will take over the deed.

So I rented out so that could pay the mortgage and they sent me a THREAT stating that they were going to foreclose if I didn't move into the home.

I'm now a month behind with them because I CAN NOT PAY 2 mortgages. I wouldn't be in the situation at all if they hadn't DESTROYED my financial records, but since they did I found what I thought would work for me by getting a renter to pay them back and now they want to foreclose because I was paying them. What's up with that? I need a some assistance who can help me.

It is VERY UNFAIR that they, the "faith" based organization GET OFF with DESTROYING records and I have to PAY for them FALSIFYING my financial. I ask again "ISN'T THAT A CRIME?" and for a "faith" based group DISHONEST and WRONG!!
