I sent away for a sample $1.99 I recieved no sample and they have taken $149.00 from my bank. Can anyone tell me are they the same people Juvenau and Hydroxetone. I got home from the bank and i had a parcel with 2 creams in it that i am being charged for. I only wanted a sample for $1.99. Unbelieveable
