In november 011 i ordered a sample of juveneu anti-wrinkle serum fir $ 1.99 which arrived veery quickly. 10 days later i noticed on my credit card statement that juveneu had charged me with $ 1.99 plus $ 84.75. A furter sample arrived with an order form stating that this was a monthly order. No so! I never authorized them to charge anything othr than the $ 1.99 for the sample, which has a faulty pump and a thick residue in the bottom that will not mix with the rest of the contents.
