Order the 30 day free trial, only paid shipping charges, then 30 days later I noticed a charge for $ 74.95. I called the number given on the site, when i googled the name, and a very polite, respectfull young man, told me "no problem, when the product arrives do not open them, write on the package "return to sender" and he gave me a rma#, which i did just what he said and dropped it in a mailbox, less than 30 days later, i had my charge credited for the amount minus shipping. This company couldn't have been nicer, and they handled the refund very professional. I guess me along with others did not pay attention to the "auto-ship" on the offer. Very satisfied!!!
