Servpro water clean up

I had Servpro come out for drying after a water leak in a condo. I had to laugh after recieving a bill from them and going through the booklet they gave me when they arrived. The booklet quotes "Detailed Explanation" which I never recieved, "step by step explaning what to expect", I never recieved.
EIGHT HOURS: Within 8 hours of on-site arrival a verbal briefing of the scope wil be communicated - Did not happen.
Final Walk Through-did not happen.
They came in put up drying machines, drilled holes in the walls, and left. I did not hear from them until they came in to pick up the check. I have no idea what I was charged for, or what they did. I never recieved a detailed list of what was done. His unit was empty so no furniture had to be moved out. They told me they would fax me a bill which I did not recieve. Ntil three weeks later, then they showed up and wanted the money.incre this is a condo assoc. I need 2 signatures for a check and a bill to present with the check. I have used Servpro before for my own home but will never use this company again after my experience.
