Very rude!

Coastal credit are very rude people, What happen to being professional?! I have a car loan with them my husband and i, we set up a allotment the allotment didnt hit on the due date, so they call we eleven days late ok we tell them we pay the difference and we call on Nov 1 to make a payment i wake up look at my bank statement they already took the payment we didn't give them the say so. Talk to A carol she was rude threating me we can pick up the car if it 2 days late ok... I am going to make the payment when i called in but you took money that you wasn't suppose to take out my account. She going on about she was trying to help me blah blah told her she was being rude, she start to be ruder, so i ask to speak to her manger rude also. My question and proplem is how you going to take my money and get upset i am paying you! Read all your paper work please! Which we did but they told and put the wrong thing down on the paper work something shady! My husband serve this country why do we get treated so mean and wrong?: (
