We placed an online order for cheap business cards for $22.34. After placing the order they charged us $39.95 without authorization. We attempted to reach them by phone. We were placed on hold each time we called only to be disconnected after 15 minutes each time, and told to contact them by chat or email. They do not respond to email, and their chat system is never available.
