Lauren www.businesscards24.com stole money out of my bank account but paid part of it back

I wanted to save money so I used an online business to get some business cards made. When the cards came to me they were not what I ordered but to their credit I did not bother to complain because I was already frustrated with the process.

Months later I noticed a charge to my account from the same company. So I called them to inquire. Lauren informed me that I was put on some automatic mailing program were I had been billed monthly for the past 8 months for $19 for each month. I never asked for this. I was making a one time purchase.

I felt stupid for not keeping better track of my accounts. Lauren tried to remain polite and refunded me part of the money to my account that day but refused to pay back the first four months charges taken from my account. I stated I was going to the DA to complain and that this was a clear case of fraud.

Lauren claimed she spoke with accounting and they promised to send out a check in 4 to 6 weeks. It has been 10 weeks and no check. I figure they still owe me approximately $80.

If you uses businesscards24.com do it at your own risk. There are much better places to but your cards in person. Because of this kind of thing I will not make purchases over the internet ever again
