Needed to do a history check on someone at the last minute and found this company on the web. It said it only charged $1 for each report, and then you would be charged $18.95 a month if you did not cancel with in 7 days. I thought I would try it our and if I was not pleased with the results I would cancel. I was not pleased. I thought the reports were very vague and not specific enough so I tried cancelling, and I could never seem to get an email or call through to anybody. As soon as they charged our church credit card, our credit card company contacted us immediately because they recognized this company as being known for scams. I just want them to cancel my membership and stop charging us for something we are not using.
