I looked up a vehicle identification number on lookup ltd.com and was charged $1 and the service returned very limited info. Later I was charged $18.95 for a membership fee, and was told that it was because I did not cancel my subscription within seven day's. No where on the site did I see where I had to cancel my subscription. The site was very misleading. I was also charged $32.00 for an overdraft fee because I did not have the $18.95 in my account.
