Unauthorized Charge

I initially went on site to see if there was any grant money to help pay some of bills without repayment of the initial amount. This site state it is free but to send the material they only charge a nominal fee of $2.97 for the cost of shipping the material (believe cd). I did agree andgave them my information. I figured it would take 7-10days to receive materials. Never thinking anymore about it.

Well on Sat. 9/24 went on my bank site and saw and gasped that there was this charge of $57.93 was taken out and had no overdrawn my account. I immediately went on the site to find out what was going on that i did not authorize this xtra charge and to speak to someone, low and behold they is no phone number nor an address just to email them.

I have emailed them 3-4times since, telling hem that they better reverse this charges immediately it was fraud you had no prior authorization only for the initial $2.97. I have heard nothing, i am in contact with my bank but they state until it is posted not pending there hands are tied. Once it posts they can help.

I have learned my lesson that there are many scams out there and i am hoping that i can be helped.
