I reeceive a call ofering me a package I only pay a one time fee of 4.95 then they offered me free money from goverment and when told that the price was 49.00 I told them I dont want it and I hang up on them but because they already had my c/c# they charge me 49.00 plus the 4.95 I never gave them the ok to take my money and when i receive my statement of a pending payment I call for about 5 days until I got someone and told them they better not take my money they said i have to call 1888 811 1915 I told them that is what im calling the girl say I have to keep trying i told her I was already talking to her and finally she said ok they will cancel but I got my statement that shows the payment was posted. And now theres no way to get them on the phone they out me on hold and then they hang up this is everyday. What can I do???
