Scam orlando

I recently signed up for trimday, they told me my account wont be billed till 08/10... I log onto my bank statement today and guess what. They charged me almost $100.00... They only were supposed to charge $6.95 for the shipping and hand. So I called them to cancel and told them what happened and they said they showed no record of them doing that. Ontop of that i was going to cancel anyways because I broke out in hives after the second day. I thought it was something i ate... After spending three days in the hospital they found out that yea it was trimday. So again when i told that to the manager Michelle. She then told me "Oh well guess it wasnt ment for you to take... What kind of manager would say something like that. Ontop of that she didnt even let me finish talking about my checking account she then hung up on me... I tried calling her back and she will not even speak to me. Now when i call back all they do is pick up the phone and hang it up. When they have your number stored into there phone you name and account shows up on the screen. Thats what she had told me. So they know im calling them because they took money out of my account that was not even supposed to be taken out. What else can I do?
