Christo Reich Fraud, theft

I was contacted by Christo Rausis on a dating site. He told me he was an Italian engineer that had volunteered in third world countries helping to develop software programs for times of emergencies. Eventually he told me his work was taking him to Africa. I should have had red flags raised but he had a California cell phone number. Needless to say he ripped me off for $5,900 of which $5000 I must repay a bank. I tried involving authorities in Africa, but they were of little help. I have TONS of notes and names that he told me were his contacts in Africa—Recently I've learned that his last name has changed miraculously to "Reich"&Stay clear of this person; the authorities will not help you catch him.
