Industrial Shadeports - Christo Jacobs denies employees promised commissions, ignores legitimate customer complaints & doesn't honour warranty

I worked for, and am aware of at least 5 sales reps who have worked for Christo Jacobs of Industrial Shadeports, who have been refused promised sales commissions owed to them after they closed the sales & collected the funds for the company. I am also aware of numerous customers who have had legitimate issues with their purchases (design &/or installation), and have been ignored or given the run-around. Chris Jacobs will not honor his warranty certificate, and then puts the salesman in the middle to take the blame. I would not recommend doing any business at all with this person/company.
