Was trying to get a high risk loan to help a friend get their home out of foreclosure with a not so good loan company. Got a call from a Catherine Fraser telling me I was approved for this pretty substantial loan. First I had to purchase insurance, then it was extra payments because of my poor credit and then it was border tax. I truly can't believe I was this stupid to fall for this but was totally desperate for the money and they are very convincing and continue to call you back - finally wised up when then stated they said they did not receive the last transaction. They have now changed their website to Jennings Loans and Financial Services when you can get it to come up. Not only did I get nailed by them also just realized that from multiple calls to them now have a huge phone bill. They are now saying that they are working on refunding my money and that I should have it in 30 days - like that is really going to happen. Beware of this place.
