I was looking for a vehicle history report, lookupltd.com offers $1 for that. After 7 days I was charged for $18.95/month membership fee and it was automatically deducted from my cc. I did not notice this for a couple of months the phone # doesnt work and their website is down so you cannot cancel the charge.
