Smart Energy USA Has STOLEN more than 1/3 of my commissions, had me BAIT while co. Switched

Smart Energy USA preys on people who are out of work and NEED money. They hire without employment contract stating all employees 10-20 are ALL Independant Contractors. They use, abuse and then Terminate keeping commissions, hourly and bonus money that does not belong to them. I took them to the Labor Board but because my commission chart wasn't clearly stated, signed and dated, I had no recoarse. They make it incognito so it is on the price chart that you show customers and they (customer) won't know what you are making. Please don't believe that you will make that amount. Get a contract signed by owner Leo Bautista or they will cheat you out of money.

They prepare Customer Proposals including the discount they give and State (Utility Co.) gives as part of the 30% tax credit from the Fed. Gov. And this I believe is FRAUD as the tax credit is given on the actual price paid for the system.

They sent me out with a sales book with ONLY SolarWorld Panels (MADE IN USA) BAIT! But when financed with Solar Max the customer gets a panel made outside the US which is not clearly told to the customer unless they catch it in the loan docs. Switch!
