Inc. Ed Holmes CFO, MSI cheats employees out of Sales Commissions and Salaries

The following are conversations via Emails. Please read.
This Company had no intensions of paying me my Sales Commissions. To top it all off, they cheated every employee and customer that they could.

(Ed, CEO and Investor. Paragon Industies Inc).

What do I need to prove my case to you?
Obvious Ed Holmes has lied again.
Ed Holmes famous words, Trust ME, My word is my Bond. I'll take care of you. You' will get your money, just get me the business.

I don't understand why MSI is not paying me my sales commission. I am trying very hard to understand. I would not invested my time and personal money into securing business for MSI if I was not going to get commissions or bonuses.

Bottom Line:

Ed, after you had your stroke and Ed Holmes took over as President and CEO, he and Lee Arrowood asked me to secure new business for MSI, which I did in good faith. I attended sales meeting in Vero on several occasions at your request.

I had business cards as Sales/Program Manager. The team and sales members knew I was working in a sales position. You had an organizational chart that showed ME as a Sales/Program Manager.
Customers and employees knew I was working as a sales manager.

WHAT PROOF DO YOU NEED?!!! Verbal Contracts!!!

I do have a binding contract, which I signed and dated. This is a Non-Compet Contract, Ed Holmes had everyone signed. It has my position as Sales/Program Manager. There is no disclosure of commission in it, but it states I can't work as Sales/Program Manager in any CEM or OEM plants. You can check in the Human Resource's files. I do have my copy.

I believed and trusted in MSI. I was willing to do anything and everything to make MSI a successful company. I spent my money for business expenses, which I was never re-inbusted.

Ed Holmes and Lee Arrowood changed my position for Purchasing Manager to Materials Manager, then to Sales/Program Manager.
I wasn't asked to signed a new contract for each of these positions.
As I stated before, I ACTED IN GOOD FAITH. I trusted MSI and it's Owners.

Ed, Please, understand I am only asking what is due me.
I would rather not enlist legal counsel, but I will if we can't resolve this matter.
I am not going to down without a fight.

When will I receive my sales commission check from MSI? I know I am due at least $15,000.00 for invoiced sales. My agreement with MSI was 1% commission on all sales I booked. I would like very much to be paid.
I know Ed Homes has lied to you in the past. However, Ed H knows if I had not secured Schwartz Electro-Optics and a few other companies, MSI would of close it's door in March.
I feel I have been more than patient with this situation.
If we can't resolve this issue, then I will have no recourse, but seek legal counsel and perused this matter in court.
I hope you understand, business is business, and friendship is friendship, but money is money and MSI owes me my sales commission.
I do have the necessary papers as well as the individuals (past and present) to substrate my claims.

Please advise when my check is ready.

Please. Understand I do have a lot of information personal and private. I will use it if I have too.

I would like my sales commission as agreed upon per my agreement with Ed Holmes. I was told I would receive 1% of all invoiced sales.

I would like my sales commissions.
