I received a fraudulent charge of 129.95 USD on my Discover Card statement. I have not ordered from this company, and, upon my call, they would not tell me the "service" for which I have been charged. The representative at Discover said they could take care of it for me because they are "very accustomed" to "dealing" with this company.

The Discover company is disputing this for me, but I plan on sending a registered letter of complaint and filing complaints every place I can think of. I expect my money back, but I want to persue this. This scam is well-known all over the internet, but no one can see to stop these people. I will do all I can, and I'm hoping that perhaps there might be a class action case I could join or assist in. I want to see this dishonest, identity-stealing company go down.

The MWI company has a rigged phone system that asks for information like your account number—but the good people who were ripped-off blind by this company and never contacted them or received anything will have a difficult time getting through. I just punched in numbers until I got someone. Strange to think that a reputable company would use such diversionary and annoyance tactics. If you are in this situation, keep trying to call, but also send a complaint by registered mail. The company will likely ask for your credit card number because they "cannot locate" your information; they will then ask you to fax your statement. DO NOT do these things. Send a letter, and contact your bank or credit card immediately. Faxes and phone calls will not hold up in court, should it come to that. Keep a file of everything.

If you are in my state or nearby, or if you have a similar story, post a complaint! This company has been getting away with this for years. We can't stand by and let it continue to happen!

I think my information was stolen when I reserved rooms with priceline.com. Has anyone else had this experience?
