I bought a bath tub from the above site on 9/10, and got rip off!
They advertise a "cultured marble tub" with detail description: Tuscany Stone Tub, 70"x30",
for $1999, sale from $5000. This lead me to believe this is a natural stone tub.
When the tub arrived, it turned out to be an acrylic tub. When I called and asked if it was wrong shipment, the manager said " cultured marble " is acrylic mix with marble powder. If I return it, they will charge me $600 shipping and $400 re-stocking charge! I tried to reason w them and agree to pay shipping cost back w my own shipping company, but thay would not budge.
They set up to sell inferior products w misleading ads, knowing their will be returned, and make money on re-stocking charge, and inflated shipping charge! I want to sue them too so they will not continue to cheat consumers!
I check w other bath tub sites, they charge only $200 for shipping a return (an equivalent tub) some don't charge re-stocking, and 1 site charge 5%.
