Miscellaneous

We purchased the initial insiders edge program for $1997 for information on Real Estate Investing. We knew that we would be unable to attend the seminar and they had assured us that we could get the videos of the seminar sent to us. It took numerous phone calls to get them to send us the materials over a month later. Meanwhile they are contacting us about joining the mentoring program a week after we sign up for the 3 day seminar (for $1997) that we still have not gotten the information for. We really wanted to see some fast results and avoid mistakes in real estate and thought the mentoring program would be a good investment in education. They only gave us 2 days to decide to purchase the program which was $12,000. The first week they could not get someone to work with us until later in the week which was 6 days after we paid for the program. The mentoring program was not tailored to our needs at all. There were several issues and questions we had that need to be answered as we were getting ready to rent a property that they could not help us with. We stuck with it for a few weeks and decided the program was not what we needed to move forward and decided to cancel. They gave us the run around and said we were unable to cancel the program despite the fact it was not working for us.
