3-Day Huge Rip-off Seminar in Pliadelphia, Pa, billed as $500 Training Seminar, you pay for their sales pitch with your money

Miscellaneous

The three day $500 seminar had approximately 90 paying gullible folks, (including me) started off with a religious pitch "we were destined to meet here" and it is complete and unabashed shameless deception. You pay for the seminar with hopes of learning something, well, think again. All you get are sales pitch for several higher level courses costing from $9000 to $50000. And there is a lot of high pressure manipulation that goes on for most of the three days (my estimate about 85%). You are not allowed to ask questions or interrupt (even though it is pure sales pitch) the examples given are too good to be true, if you get a word in edge-wise and question it, you would quickly be criticized as a crab in a bucket. Scott Zuckman himslf did bring up internet bad press on the program, during the seminar, and you are discouraged from looking at all internet blogs on the program.

I wish all who get sold on the program and sign up for the higher courses, the very best. But do ask yourself a question "How much research did you do before you applied to a college after your high school graduation, and did any of those legitimate colleges ever get back to you sayiing that unless you sign up "with them" you would be a left brain thinker and a crab in a bucket.
I also urge you to do an internet blog search on this program and Scott Zuckman himself, you will see some really interesting entries, you should also do a credit report on all the success team members including Scott before you lose the $50K that Scott wants you to charge on your newly acquired American Express Blue Card.
I am sure you will all have your "AHA" moments, some just sooner than others. Believe me there are numerous legitimate places to learn each aspect of the training they offer and at a small fraction of the cost, there are numerous real-estate clubs nationwide that offer the "mentoring" as well.
You get duped twice shame on you!!!
