I ordered ugg baily boots, waited a longtime for them to be delivered. When they arrived, they were in a tiny shoe box, they were taped up very tightly, when i managed to unravel them, i found they were very poor quality, odd colours, and too small. I emailed them explaining this, i asked them to send me details on how to return them, but no response
