You Can't Control Personal Info

If we had know before we joined we would never have! This place has no way that we have found to cancel your acc. To get to your address & credit cards. Even if we had used paypal, we still could not remove/change our address, phone etc. But, its bad when they are in control and you just cannot get to that. Most of the sellers on there do not send tracking numbers. You send an e-mail to DH they just say take it up with the seller. We did purchase some nice items and they got here, but not to be able to get to your acc.info is just not right. You can change your e-mail and password and thats all the control over your acc. You have. There is no place to cancel except just e-mail them, but they still have your PERSONAL info. Which most probably do even when you cancel. Plus, one seller, I ordered 2 items & they were replaced with something else, I did not want or like. Without even asking! This place, is just like e-bay, is the e-bay of China, all of these places are a rip off. But, if you are not ready to loose a hundred bucks, do not even bother with these places. We ordered a couple of hundred in small incriments to see how it was and now we see. Some use tracking numbers, but most do not! Most tracking does not work even then!

There is no way we would put out thousands on a place like that. Its the perfect place for crooks and cons. But, our beef is about the non control over your info.& acc. I have never seen this because we purchase things everywhere. You can always get to your address and info! But, Not here! I am glad we did not fill out the whole page about business etc. It gets very personal! So, I just wrote and told them to cancel our acc. Before, I receive the rest of my items. They can worry about rating them and confirming if I get them. I am mad about the no way to get to your acc, info. They need to change that! So, that is our beef with this place. They are all the same!
