I ordered a dress from dhgate.com and the seller of the dress told me the dress was shipped but gave me a fake (invalid) tracking number to make it look like it was shipped. Called the company that the seller said was used to ship and they didn't have the tracking number in their system. I have been in contact with Dhgate many times, and they keep telling me to wait and I will get my money back, but I have a funny feeling they are just using this stall tactic in hopes that I just give up. Please help!
