Worse Place We Have EVER Found

We cannot get an answer to numerous e-mails sent to artfire service. (service@artfire.com) The e-mails did not come back undelivered, but they will NOT reply to anything, its like noone is even there!

I purchased from 2 different people, one sent an e-mail saying they would send my items the next time they go to the P.O. Well is that a week, a month, they have their money! The other has supposedly shipped my items. My question to them was this. If you make more than 1 purchase from the same seller the shipping goes down, but it did not, I purchase 2 items from the one that has not shipped and 4 from the one that has shipped. Now, it is the priciple of everything! This is the worse place we have ever found on the internet. Perhaps, if we had purchased $200, but that is the very reason we do not until we find out about a place, rating this one is negative 5! After we receive our items, if we do without a hassel, we are out of there.

Beware of this place and Etsy, we had problems there, also! Never got my items! Some of these places are a joke and some of the people on there are just trying to sell their stuff and be honest I think. So, BEWARE Thanks
