A Prime Co, DBA: Prime Roofing Replaced roof, but did it improperly, causing $1,000's of $ damage to my home

Prime Roofing installed a new roof on my home after hurricane Gustav. It took them over 90 days to finish the job completely, but in Sept. 2010 we discovered a leak and I called Lee the owner about the problem. After several phone calls, visiting their so called office, he says he came out and repaired the leak. He was to come back and repair the molded ceilings and never returned any of my messages or emails.

Now, a year later the problem has come back again, but 20 times worse! I called and called Lee, left messages and messages at the office number and his cell number, but no replies. I emailed him and it bounced back. I drove out to the office on Plank Rd., and the building had been torn down. Went back to the first office in the Industriplex, but no luck.

I had to have the roof repaired and found out from the roofer that the top edge had no flashing over it and had silicone in several places.
