Product Malfunction - Taget Toothbrushes

I purchased a set of replacement heads for my Sonicare power toothbrush (target brand replacements, not the Phillips brand.)
Much to my dismay, these Target brush heads do not work properly with my toothbrush. The brushing power is super low, and I can't get to work properly, even after cleaning thoroughly the handle and screwing the head all the way.
I am very disappointed with this product, because it simply does not do what it says, and in this time of thriftiness, you can't afford to waste money like this. I hope you will take prompt action.
