Faulty Power Toothbrush Replacement

I purchased the power toothbrush replacement heads 3 in a pack. The first one I used out of the package is defaulty. The head of the brush that attaches to the base continues to come off when brushing my teeth. I thought you would like to know since you have this idem manafactured under your name.
