PAF, a freight brokerage company, QUOTED ME $250 FOR A SHIPMENT FROM 77565 TO 21093, AND CHARGED MY CC $257.50. After delivery, PAF charged my cc an additional $655. They have offered several different, often conflicting, explanation, each new one following my protest of the previous but none proven. All requests for proof have gone unanswered. They have charged me $700 to $800 more than my estimate of their expenses to the actual carrier, and twice what the carrier would have charged me with no discount. They advertize a 62% to 80% discount.
